Our New Favorite Venue

Where will you be on March 18th? Hopefully celebrating with us at Caddo Creek Venue! With drinks and snacks in hand, you will be able to tour this facility, meet with vendors, and meet the staff. This is a great networking opportunity for vendors, as well as brides! Marrying Magnolias will also have a table, with a raffle prize for new brides at our station!

Caddo Creek Event Venue and Music Hall is a family owned and operated event venue. A combination of rustic-modern, Caddo Creek is located on 14+ acres that creates a romantic, countryside feel. Located in the town of Greenville, it is conveniently 45 minutes east of Dallas.

The building interior has 12,800 square feet of conditioned space with a maximum occupancy of 400 people. The covered patio, attached to the building is an additional 1200 square feet.

The Bar area includes two bottle coolers, two ice bins, stainless prep tables, a two compartment sink, two hand sinks and access to both the indoor area and covered.

The Kitchen/ catering area includes an ice machine, large commercial fridge, large commercial freezer, large stainless prep tables, 2 commercial microwaves, a commercial food warmer, a two compartment sink and hand sink, a cart to transport ice to the bar and private access to the parking lot to avoid guest interaction during food set up and preparation or during cleaning and break down.

The brides and grooms quarters have private restrooms, private showers, private lavatories and private access to the parking lot to avoid unwanted guest interaction while getting ready and/or when preparing to leave. The brides quarters also have private access to the second floor should one be inclined to stay indoors and present from the staircase.
